At OKAYOGA, we do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds, cancellations, and returns for our services, programs, yoga classes, and products offered on our website.

 

2. DIGITAL SERVICES AND CONTENT

Online programs, videos, training courses, digital downloads, e-books, and other content that is available immediately after purchase are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once access has been granted or the download has been completed. 3. BOOKING CLASSES AND SESSIONS

Cancellation by the customer

  • Private lessons, consultations, or yoga sessions may be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged in full and will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by our team

If we cancel, you will have the option to:

    • Rescheduling your session for a later date
    • A credit valid for our services
    • A full refund of the amount paid.

4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

If we offer yoga accessories, clothing, or equipment, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be accepted, the product must:

      • To be unused
      • To be in one's original state
      • Please return it in its original packaging if possible.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was on our part or the product is defective.

 

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

      • Digital products downloaded or viewed
      • Gift cards
      • Customized products
      • Opened or used hygiene or personal care products.

6. REFUNDS

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued via the payment method used at the time of purchase.
